At SEABOURNE, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your inbox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
